INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Let potatoes come to room temperature, about 1 hour.

  2. Pre-heat the oven to 300°F.

  3. Transfer the sweet potatoes to the casserole dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Remove foil for last few minutes to brown the marshmallow.
