Founded in 2021 by Neal LaCroix, who brings over 30 years experience in the food industry, we take pride in sourcing and fabricating Texas-first beef, pork, poultry, and game. Our curated selection also includes distinct charcuterie items. We connect our neighborhood with the quality food they deserve...and we have fun doing it!
